In case if we are not able to process particular item in your order , we offer refund or replacement with other products of same value.

Send us a message within 2 days through email or WhatsApp with the images / video of damaged or wrong product delivered.
Damaged or Wrong product delivered should be shipped to the address requested by us within 2 days, Kindly ensure that you use a track-able shipping method like Blue Dart, ST courier, Professional, DTDC etc.
Damaged or Wrong product will be replaced after the receipt of parcel you have sent. Amount will be refunded in case same product is not available.
Return the package in the original packing including price tags,labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
